Data you may submit

Through the corporate forms, you may provide the company name, tax ID, contact name, email address, phone number, location and details of the mobility requirement. We also process the information needed to configure the request: period, mileage, car or selected service.

Why we use the data

The data is used to register the request, check availability, calculate or confirm the quote, communicate with the contact person and prepare any contractual documents. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on taking the requested steps before entering into a contract, compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in responding to requests.

Who we may share the data with

The data may be accessed by authorised staff and suppliers that support the service, such as hosting and message-delivery providers. The data is not sold.

How long we keep your data

We keep data only for as long as necessary to manage the request, the business relationship and applicable legal obligations. A request that is not completed may be retained for communication records and the defence of legitimate rights, then deleted or anonymised in accordance with internal procedures.

Local storage, cookies and Analytics

The website uses local storage to remember your cookie choice for no more than 180 days. Google Tag Manager and the Google Analytics tools configured for Wise Lease are loaded only after “Accept all”. You can withdraw your choice at any time from “Cookie settings”; analytics storage is then denied, new events are no longer sent, and Google cookies accessible to this domain are deleted. “Necessary only” retains only the technical functions required for forms, security and remembering your preference.
